I'm not sure if it will have OpenGL libraries (if not then you'd have to 
distribute the libraries with your software), but either way any 3D code 
will run very slow -- there's no acceleration to speak of, and it's not 
a fast processor to begin with.  And I think its floating point is also 
extra slow.  Numeric should be fine, but will probably work best in 2D. 
  (I'm not sure if SDL/Pygame will be on computer, or if it'd have to be 
bundled with the activity.)
