Which browser do you use?

Well, the edit link should be there.....
It's not there because you're not logged in....
Can you log in at www.europython.org/manage ?

If so, log in like that and then enter the url

http://www.europython.org/Talks/index_html

The edit links will only appear if you've managed to log in into zope.
That's kind of security... anonymous users only get to see the page without
the edit/delete links.
