I think perhaps there should be a separate page for submitting
proposals for things that aren't strictly talks.  Eg. BoFs, lightning
talks, keynotes.


  C++ is a siren song.  It *looks* like a HLL in which you ought to
  be able to write an application, but it really isn't.
