[EuroPython] Local organizers ?

Hi,

I've got a reply from Denis. P3B will still support the project. Denis
is just busy with some important projects which need his attention.

He has contacted Guido and it seems ok. Guido will come this year again.
He's also contacted Bruce Eckel and Mitch Kapor. Bruce already replied
mentioning that he won't be able to attend. Further, Denis is looking
for local sponsors as last year.

We've also discussed on some prices (entrance / booths), which I would
like to discuss with others.
