[EuroPython] Talks database now with localizer Support

the talks database and the callFor submissions form uses now Localizer for=20
multilingual support. At the moment only the user-interface is=20
multilingual, but
the content can also be multilingual.

Now there is one difference between the online Version and my local =
version:
As you can see, if you choose a different language than english for the=20
untranslated
items the message_id is displayed, instead of the default translation, like =

it is on my local system. Any enlightment, what could cause this, is=20
welcome.
