[EuroPython] Unable to attend

I'm afraid I won't be able to attend EuroPython this year.  I'm really 
sorry for the inconvenience, and hope it doesn't cause problems with 
scheduling.  I had applied with a presentation on Paste for the 
Frameworks track, and a tutorial on SQLObject.

I just wasn't able to work out scheduling with my employer; it was a 
stretch, and I was feeling really optimistic for a while, but despite my 
best efforts it didn't come together.   I was really looking forward to 
it, and I hope I can make it work next year.

Again, many apologies for the inconvenience.
