[EuroPython] cancelation of a presentation

Dear Europython organisers,

I regret to inform you that we (Mr Alexander Pilz, and myself), will not be able to attend the conference, and therefore make the presentation "Managing a multilingual decentralised network with OpenSource", scheduled for the 5th July at 9.00.

We apologize for the problems caused, and hope to be able to attend the 2007 one.
