It would be the third EP in a row that I have to skip because it happens
exactly during my exams. Unfortunately even the other proposed date of 25-27 is just at the beginning of my exams.

If doing the EP is not possible before 25th june I'd rather have it the second week of july which is still during my exams but I'll have had a chance to finish the exams in advance (like I did this year) and be present at EP.

Of course I also understand that it's hard to find a spot of availability for everyone so it's not a problem if the only available dates are between the last of june and the first of july.
