[EuroPython] Cancelling Reservation

Hi Organisers,

Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to cancel my reservation.
It is not possible for me to be in Birmingham this time around.

My reference is RC7157620. Please let me know what is the process
to get the refund.

I have a separate hotel booking which I can cancel directly.
