Hello, all!

My name is Laura Cassell and I'm the founder of PyLadies Atlanta, or PyLadiesATL. I've been running this python user group for a little over a year, we decided to become an official PyLadies chapter about 8 months ago. We originally were simply an offshoot of the much larger PyAtl group.
Currently it's just me organizing and running events, but that's ok as our membership is currently sitting at just under 50 people. I'm very excited that I found this list and have been gathering ideas from a few posts already! I hope to learn more from folks who have been doing this longer than I.  Thanks so much!
