[GSoC-general] Pytest as a Suborg

Hello,

I am involved at Pytest community and we were thinking about applying as a
Org to Gsoc, but our  community is small and we would not have enough
people to apply as a org. We were thinking about applying as a suborg of
Python. Is that still possible? What we have to do?
