[GSoC-general] To be a part of GSOC 2018

Hello, I am Amber Gautam from AMITY UNIVERSITY, HARYANA. I want to be part
of GSOC 2018 with your organization. I am working with python last one and
half year. I strongly believe in Open sourcing. I always share my
experience and work with others. I am work in mongoDB and SQL databases,
flask (API's) as a web framework. I am new to GSOC thats why I am not able
to find how to start.
Please help.
