[GSoC-general] [GSoC] About sub-orgs.

Dear PSF GSoC coordinators,

I have an interest in a OSS (http://www.qtile.org/) that is WM and wirtten
in python. I want to participate to GSoC in this year, but the OSS doesn't
include in sub-orgs. Now, I'm talking with the project commiter about it.
If I found mentor of my project, my GSoC proposal is accepted?
