No, there is never a guarantee of acceptance. But if you find mentors and they actually contact us and sign up as a sub org and convince me that they're ready to take on a student, then we'll at least consider the application.
Be warned, though, we've turned down a bunch of sub orgs already this year, so if you really want the highest chance of getting in applying with an existing sub org is a much easier path at this point so late in the application period.
