Further comment: Based on 1.38 (18 April 2001, after the 2.1 release we are
merging) of EditorWindow.py, "Remove legacy support for the BrowserControl
module; the webbrowser module has been included since Python 2.0, and that is
the preferred interface."

Do we want to continue 1.5.2 support or switch to the new way?
