We can use the official Python wiki with a /PythonIndia namespace. No
need of a separate website. I see no value in that.

-1 for a dedicated mailing list. I might be naive here but I don't
support any 'special' privileges for the society or for it's members.
If there are things to be discussed, we do them here - Even accounts.
I recently saw complete audits of the Atlanta PyCon sent out publicly
on the mailing lists so that things are clear. If later, the society
morphs into something that does significant stuff (like the PSF), we
can rethink this but as of now, it's just to create a bank account.
I must emphasise that money matters *have* to be be public.

I'm not sure of the details but there should always be more than a
single point of failure. If Sreekanth is unavailable/unreachable at a
critical juncture, we should always have an alternate person who we
can go to with the same powers (withdrawing money, using the net
banking account etc.).

+1 but we don't need to spend money/time on a VPS or anything for now.
Just a bunch of pages ont he official wiki are enough.

We can use this. I don't expect the traffic to be too much and if
necessary, we canadd a new one later.
