For dev sprint and other activity i would request to plan with few
volunteer offline share plan with all and take it forward.

Note:
Share plan one month before conference day or before schedule is finalized
so everyone can plan accordingly.
nihmans first floor doesn't have AC or it doesn't work so plan accordingly.
