Not intending to divert the topic, but a few points.
I suggest opening a few more slots for workshops. I felt last year
there weren't enough workshops. Last year we had 9 workshops (3 x 3
sessions). I personally felt it was a bit on the lower side.
Not sure about the logistics, but it would be nice if we could look at
possibility of conducting 4 parallel workshop tracks to make it 12
workshop sessions. I suggest to keep the workshop cost at 1,500 with
slight increase in honorarium to tutor.
Select only high quality workshop proposals thereby raising the bar.
