Organizers are mortal. If we care about the future of Pycon India, we
should invest some time in writing guidelines. I propose community driven
manual or handbook which describes points from arranging funds to
inviting keynotes. Such efforts will reduce a repetitive questions each
neonate organizer has. With a Pycon to next Pycon, organizing team
should try to strengthen the manual.

We document the feedbacks and they are versioned too, but they are not
in specific format. I suggest to develop standardise feedback system. Do
we know what feedbacks repeated at more than one Pycon India? How can
new/old organizer observe feedbacks given at Pycon India 2010 or Pycon
India of 'N' year? Mailing lists are worst while searching.

There should be level of importance for feedbacks. Sometimes people are
misjudging a community driven conference with a profit oriented
conferences.
