Thanks a lot.

We had booked the venue and will start off with the local logistics
arrangements from next week.   We have a list of todos (including AV
arrangement, T-Shirts, event capture, goodies distributed during the event,
possible student accommodation in colleges, etc,.).  We are planning to
start in full swing in a couple of weeks and will reach out to you folks.
