[Inpycon] Regarding PyCon India 2020

My opinion is one city should host PyCon India Twice  but for other city
who would like to host should try for Local conference once.
In Bangalore since from last 4 years no python conference has happen i
would suggest  Bangpypers team to plan for meeting and plan for *Bangalore
PyCon *.
I am sure lot of people in Bangalore will be ready to help once core team
is ready .
