Do we have any option to archive the keynote talk in term of short-documents. which could be of open access and archive on internet.

That being said, BangPypers (Bangalore's Python users' group) would love to step in for Bangalore. We've started a small internal discussion since last 2 weeks and would be soon asking for volunteers to pitch in to get things going. 

My opinion is one city should host PyCon India Twice  but for other city who would like to host should try for Local conference once.In Bangalore since from last 4 years no python conference has happen i would suggest  Bangpypers team to plan for meeting and plan for Bangalore PyCon .I am sure lot of people in Bangalore will be ready to help once core team is ready . --
