Yes, a ShowMeDo video as part of the new release would be great.  I
know Ian has repeatedly encouraged contributions from the IPython
community, so if anyone can pick up the ball on this one, it would be
great.

I also think a short video would be a great way to introduce
/existing/ users to the neat features of a new release.  It often
happens that old users stick to what they know and never really
benefit from the good new features simply due to lack of time.  A
quick video may be an excellent way for them to realize what the
benefits of the new features are.
