[IPython-dev] IPython FAQ

I only ever read FAQs as a concise intro, for info on something I'm totally
new to. I expect it to include stuff like...

Does it work on Win, Mac and Linux?

What License does it use?

Do I need to know Java?

That's just my take on FAQs. Other people may think otherwise.
