- added interop.net.dynamic.dynamic_regressions and IronPythonTest.DynamicRegressions (to IronPythonTest.dll).  As their filenames might imply, these will hold regressions for .NET 4.0's dynamic feature
- EngineTest.cs: workaround a new .NET 4.0 security feature from ScenarioPartialTrust
- test_ipye.py: CodePlex 24085 looks fixed.
- test_reachtype.py: CodePlex 25898 is a Won't Fix
