[Ironpython-users] Use 'ipy.exe' to run tests in Robot framework

Hi Jeff,

Was able to run the test after installing
http://effbot.org/media/downloads/elementtree-1.2.7-20070827-preview.win32.exe
This fixes - 'ImportError' and test-cases created by calling functions in a
.dll created out of .cs code are run successfully.
