I'd like to see this stuff when its available so I can integrate it
with the autoconf stuff I've been doing.  I'm very near the point
where the entire package can be easily configured and installed in the 
standard GNU way.

Right now I have stuff set up so that $(prefix) defaults to
/home/mailman but for reasons I won't go into, I actually have to
configure with --prefix=/export/home/mailman (Ken will know why :-).
