I got it from the mhonarc examples directory in the 2.4.5 distribution:

	MHonArc2.4.5/examples/frames.mrc

Yes, I looked at wilma/glimpse, but webglimpse seemed easier (though I
didn't try wilma, just scanned the doc quickly). Unfortunately, glimpse
has the same restrictions as webglimpse - they come from the same people.
Also, glimpse is a more generic indexing tool - something simpler just
for these email-archive-on-the-web html files would do, plus it could be
made smarter - only indexing the subject/body and maybe ignoring quoted
text. The ideas behind glimpse could be used maybe. I don't really know,
just tossing about ideas. Cheers!
