[Mailman-Developers] Suggestion to add multiple language support

Hi,

Currently Mailman only supports English, this is not very 
convenient to average people living outside English spoken
countries. So maybe it will be great help if Mailman can
support other languages, and let users choose which language
he wants to use.

I guess this may need to add more templates directory in the
source tree, one directory for a language. Or something like
that. 

I can help to write templates for Simplified Chinese, if you
need it.
