Initial Comment:
Installed 2.1b4.

Running checkdbs results in an error:

[root@mail mailman]# /usr/bin/python2 -S /usr/share/mailman/
cron/checkdbs
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/mailman/cron/checkdbs", line 26, in ?
    from email.Charset import Charset
ImportError: No module named email.Charset

This means that the admin does not get daily reminders of 
pending admin requests, either.
