[Mailman-Developers] Submitted courier-to-mailman script

I used the mailman patch-manager at sourceforge to upload a list
submission handler, courier-to-mailman.py, to handle list submissions
and control messages under Courier virtual domains.  It's based on Bruce
Perens' qmail-to-mailman script, but is updated for mailman v2 and
modified to work with the Courier MTA.

You may want to include it in the contrib directory of the mailman
source distribution.
