[Mailman-Developers] Mysql Adaptor

Hi

I searched the mailing list and found this MySql Adaptor for mailman.
As far as I can see, it's not included in the release.  Thus I have
several questions:

1. Are there any particular reasons why it's included?

2. Can people who use this adaptor share their experience?
