[Mailman-i18n] I wanna join in Brazilian Portuguese Translation Team.

Hi,

I already had translated all mailman source code (2.1b) between 
the time that I've posted the message (from 21/06) and I've sent 
it for the email barry@zope.com.

Well, the translated source need to be revised now, I've sent a message to the e-mails that you sent for me asking for 
volunters :-)
