[Mailman-i18n] I wanna join in Brazilian Portuguese Translation Team.

Hi,

I've sent a message one weekly ago, asking about any portuguese effort to translate the Mailman software to
Portuguese Brazilian... 

As that job is pramary to my business (implementation), all translation is 90% done

I would like to send it for the team and go to the revisions :-)
