for me just one  problem remaining,

there  are  two  examples below  that  can explain  my  problem

3-
i can't  get the  message headers  and footers in  NON  DIGEST  sends, when
they arrive in  outlook.

example:   THIS IS  NORMAL -DIGEST MODE with message  headers and footers
