[Mailman-i18n] Activating Templates?

Strange - nothing special is needed to activate templates translation. 
Did you check your translation with bin/transcheck program from Mailman 
root directory?

Mailman does not have any special cache, so you can't clear it;) Only 
you can do is to remove *.pyc files, but i don't think it helps.
