[Mailman-i18n] Where do I send the completed interface file?

Hello again :)

I've finally <phew> finished the Mailman interface file.

Where do I send it? Do you want it uploaded or checked in anywhere?

I've allotted a fairly contiguous chunk of time to the interface  
file, but don't have enough to do all the templates that way. I'll  
work on them gradually.

If an admin at one of the translation projects wants to use this  
interface translation before the next release of Mailman, how does s/ 
he do that?

I've found a few typos in the mailman.po file, I'll report them.
