[Mailman-Users] Bounce not caught

Should we be reporting it as a bug, if we get a bounce message that wasn't
caught by the automatic bounce processor?  Is there a way to adjust
Mailman's bounce detectors?

Anyway, this wasn't being flagged as a bounce, and instead went to the
admin address.
