[Mailman-Users] Monthly password reminders - didn't go out

The monthly password reminders did not go out from my lists.  The cron job
ran (shown in the cron log).

I can't find any errors in any logs.

?????????  Any ideas?  I do have it turned on (yes) in the list config
screen.
