We are migrating from majordomo to mailman as well.  Thus far we have just
created each of the lists that we want to move to mailman, fixed the aliases,
and then pasted the text from the majordomo subscriber list into the mailman web
interface.  We have gotten it down to a couple of minutes per list.  If there
is an automated way to do it, then we have not been smart enough to use it.  :)
