[Mailman-Users] Problems with customisation

Hi!

I use mailman on FreeBSD 3.0 and I have a problem. I want to set up a
mailing list for our customers and I want to customise all of the messages
that the server send to the users (welcome, subscription confirm etc.). I
found the templates on the server but when I changed them (ex. verify.txt)
they couldn't subscribe to the list.

If anyone could customise the messages please help me, what do I have to do.
