[Mailman-Users] web interface keeps prompting for password

I installed Mailman on a FreeBSD 3.2 machine. Everything installed with no
errors, and check_perms shows no problems. When I go to the web interface
and log in with the password, it logs me in fine. But any time I make any
changes and click submit, it prompts me for the password again and doesn't
make any of the changes. I have cookies enable, and have tried it with
multiple browsers. No errors are getting logged. Any ideas? Or any way to
pump up the logging level?
