[Mailman-Users] subscription issue

Hello,

I haven't been able to successfully subscribe any users.  I've checked the 
mail log and I'm getting:

/mailman/mail/wrapper mailcmd testlist", delay=00:51:05, xdelay=00:00:00, 
mailer=prog, stat=Operating system error

Any insight to this is appreciated.  Thank you.
