[Mailman-Users] Easy way to remove a user w/o sending a notification to them?

Hi All,

Anybody have any ideas on how to remove a user without sending them any sort
of notification that they're being removed?  I sorta RTFM, but didn't find
anything in there about it.  The only option I see that is vaguely correct
is the "Send welcome message when people subscribe?" option in General
Options.

Anyone have any ideas?
