[Mailman-Users] Wrong headers in monthly reminders

This seems to remain an unresolved bug on mailman 1.2b1, not nice!

A mismatch is between list name reported in the mail headers
(which bears no relationship to the lists one is really subscribed to),
and the correct list name as reported in the message body.
