[Mailman-Users] puzzled

I think I have it all set up right.  The system mails out for the
administrative stuff but when I actually get to the point of doing a test
post it seems to drop off in the 'ether'.  Only error message I get are:

I have all the aliases set up.  I can only think it has something to do with
the wrapper permissions. The documentation wasn't clear to me what they
should be set as.

Any clue?
