[Mailman-Users] Two questions on mailman (2.0beta6)

(1) All my list archives are said to be empty.
This seems to be because mailman does not write
a correct index.html in the appropriate directory.

(2) I am asked for approval of postings
even though I have configured everyone to be able to post.

(3) [Sorry, can't count!] The admin postings to me
do not appear to have a date set.
(On my mailer they are all said to have date "Jan 1".)

Any suggestions or advice gratefully received.
