[Mailman-Users] unrestricting hard links?

I'm getting a hard link error that README.LINUX reports to be beacuse of
restricted hard links. This is the case. I've spent the better half of the
day searching and asked about un-restricting hard links to no avail...

How do I unrestrict hard links?? I love GNU Mailman and can't wait to run
it for our mailing lists...
