[Mailman-Users] bounces from nonlocal users

Hello,

I just created a new list and mail to users not on this machine bounces.
These are the 5 entries that failed, according to the bounce file: all 5
nonlocal email addresses. Here is one for the owner of the list:

Sep 11 18:17:01 2000 (25474) Gso: krl at email.arizona.edu - 3 more allowed
over 429676 secs

What does this mean?  Regular mail sent to these users goes through
without a hitch.
