[Mailman-Users] return nothing from wrapper

Hi
I create a test mailing list in our mail server and exim is being used on
our mail server. However, messages can't posted in test mailing list. After
checking the debug log, I find out following command returned nothing

/path_to_mailman/mail/wrapper post test

I used command 'find_member -l test tom' and I could see a lot of email
address returned. Can anyone help me figure out why 'wrapper post test'
returns nothing.
